    A major part of being a workout whizz is keeping up your motivation… but what do you do when you’re really just not feeling it?

    Fortunately for you guys, I’ve been there (many times) so I think I can help! Here are my 5 top tips on finding that lost motivation needed to keep up your fitness:

    1. Plan ahead – schedule your workouts in advance so you’re prepared and feeling put together.

    2. Keep entertained – whether you prefer rocking out to a great playlist or binge-watching a series while you work out, you have to find something to keep you entertained or else you could get bored quickly.

    3. Fresh is best – if you do the same workout every time you hit the gym, there’s a high chance you’ll lose that motivation. Keep it fresh by varying your workouts and changing things up each week.

    4. Track your progress – it’s hard to lose motivation if you’re seeing positive results, so keep track of your progress (you can use a body composition machine or a simple fitness tracker).

    5. Teamwork makes the dream work – if you can, find a buddy that’s willing to work out with you. This will make working out less boring and you’ll have someone else to keep you motivated.
