    Hey, I’ve been looking to put on some weight but my body type means I struggle. Does anyone have any tips?

    To put on weight you must eat a calorie surplus, this means eating more calories than you Adele new album burn. You can find calculators for this online.

    Thanks for the advice! I’m going to give this a go. I’ve heard of this before but I’ve never tried.
